AUBURN, CA (MPG) - Two of Hollywood’s most beloved stars, Doris Day and Cary Grant, sparkle in this breezy, romantic comedy. Cathy (Day) is an old-fashioned country girl who meets the man of her dreams after his Rolls Royce splashes her with mud on her way to a job interview. Philip (Grant) is a romantic businessman who is taken by Cathy’s honest heart. Despite their mutual attraction, Cathy and Philip want different things. Philip wants a fling, while Cathy wants a marriage. As they travel to exotic locales, their differing motivations are put to the test.

Winner of 1962’s Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture, this uproarious, romantic free-for-all is sponsored by Tim & Colleen Sands.

The cast includes Audrey Meadows (The Honeymooners) as Doris' overprotective friend, Gig Young (They Shoot Horses, Don’tThey?) as Philip’s well-meaning assistant and John Astin (The Addams Family) in an early performance.
