YUBA-SUTTER REGION, CA (MPG) - Local restaurants, caterer's, specialty food purveyors, wineries, breweries, and the community will come together to welcome back the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce’s Taste of Yuba-Sutter.
The 10th Annual Taste of Yuba-Sutter will take place on October 6th at the Yuba Sutter Fairgrounds.

“Taste of Yuba-Sutter is about bringing together local restaurants, caterer's, specialty food purveyors, wineries, breweries and the community to celebrate great food we have right here in Yuba-Sutter”
Guests will be able to meet and chat with more than 30 area chefs, caterers, and purveyors as they sip, savor, and celebrate.
Back this year is our Top Chef and Top Vintner Competition for those Chefs and Vintners who want to accept a more rigorous challenge. The competition will be judged by three Professional Chefs based on specific criteria.
The Top Chef Competitor will be required to showcase the chosen ingredient of Prunes in their dish, which also must be locally sourced (Yuba or Sutter Counties).
“This competition is an opportunity to highlight creativity, divine cuisine, and showcase what sets them apart.” Sanders stated.
“To add to the fun, you will be treated to the live music from the Mullet Mechanics, all while sampling food, sipping local wines and brews.”

Taste of Yuba-Sutter will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 6th at the Yuba Sutter Fairgrounds. All food and samples are included in the admission price of $60 (Ages 12 and under $15). Must be 21 to consume alcohol.
